Thirty of those were located at 80, 101 and 120 Collins Street, along a stretch of roughly 200 metres.

Drawing on company disclosures and other verifiable public sources, it examines how these institutions cluster within Melbourne’s business district. The findings reflect a curated sample rather than a comprehensive survey of the city’s financial sector or office market.
